Don't get fooled by the pictures! This hotel was probably the biggest letdown in 8 years of visiting Japan. 1. The Gym photos are 6 years old. They removed the bikes and treadmills and replaced it by leg extension, lat, breast and one treadmill from the 80s and one mat. There's also no water provided. 2. While you workout you get stared at by passing people, as the gym is located on the 1st floor. To get there you need to walk through the open reception and the open breakfast room. And after you're done, sweaty all the way back. 3. The Gym is located right next to a smoking room whre doors are not closed. So you get a wonderful smell everytime someone opens the door. 4. Rooms are smelly. Not sure what that smell is. Like 6 liters Febreeze poured under your bed. 6. The view you see on the pictures exist only on higher floors in rooms facing outside. Half of the rooms face inside and don't get any sunlight at all. The small window is facing down the reception and into the windows of the opposing rooms. Went down to immediately get a new room. 7. Construction noise from 9-18 until April 2024. They don't tell you that until you check in. 8. No public bath. But that's only for informational purposes. They don't advertise that. Thankfully I had only to stay 3 days.

No sound isolation - you can constantly hear very loud trains passing by. The hotel is hard to reach with luggage. Google and Apple Maps give misleading directions and the area is very hard to navigate due to multiple levels. A lot of stairs and elevators are hard to find. Bed is hard and not comfortable, like in a 2 star hotel.

Hotel room was a perfect stay! We enjoyed the serive when we first checked in, room was clean. Water pressure and warm water was nice, and it's in a good location for travel around Tokyo. I recommend staying here.

Solid hotel for the price. Has everything need for a comfortable stay. The free happy hour everyday is very nice. Super close to several subways lines. In walking distance from many restaurants and stories.

Stayed two nights after arrival at Haneda. Convenient location to reach with luggage, well connected with train and subway lines. Room was a good size with a nice view. Clean and fuss-free.
