Very good place. Calm and cozy hotel. Close to the beach and other sight seeing spots. Staff are polite and greet you. Nice pool and bars and breakfast. Rooms are OK sized. However one downside is that room make up isn't the best. They just replace bedsheets. Overall still a great experience great value for money

A great holiday option. Be careful about the standard of the rooms - the staff pushes the worst room options and changes the rooms to a better standard for an additional fee. Today we received a second, new, fragrant room with a beautiful view. The surcharge was £60 so no money, but our first evening was ruined. Generally - we recommend it. Beautiful holidays from today.

Rooms which were given to us was okay. But smelled like old room. When we requested for room change, they just sprayed some room fragrance. But location is great. It's 5 min walk from patong beach.

Not the best hotel. In a perfect location, close to necessities. 2mins walk to Kalim beach. The lobby needs a great deal of renovation, it’s giving old cranky apartment. Rooms are great and air conditioned. You cant have a shower and a bath in 1 room. If you do the shower is inside bathtub. Very friendly staff but do not clean thoroughly they just make the bed. Don’t replace the water and toilet paper as well.
