There are four buildings of this hotel. With building one being best and building 4 being a hostel. We had an advance booking still they provided us room in building 4. They provided us twin bed to a family. They refused to change the room even after request. First night the reception stuff assured that they will change the room next morning. To our surprise the staff change next morning and they were not even aware of any room change request approved by the night staff. The morning staff simply refuse that they cannot change the room or cannot cancel the booking either. We were completely left in a fix because traveling as a family we cannot spoil our stay staying on different beds. On threatening to file a complaint, they agreed to change our room and shifted us to building number three which was much better building. Still there was no service to transfer the luggage. Overall not recommended.

We had a great experience staying at the hotel. Especially the promptness and kindness of an employee named YoYo at front desk. She heard to all our issues and willingly helped us by going out of her way to give us the kind of room we needed. 5 stars to her and the service from our side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience that to stand out aspects of my stay where the incredibility, friendly staff and inviting ambulance. From the moment I walk through the door, I was greeted with warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and insure that I had every thing and I needed there a split it truly made my stay memorable The hotel ambience was equally impressive. The cosy atmosphere, and that is full decor, created a relaxing environment that made me feel right at home whether I was in my room, the lobby on the dining area, I always feel comfortable and at ease. Overall my stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional service from the staff and a soothing ambiance than enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well coming and comfortable place to stay well.

I booked this hotel via tour agency . My experience has been terrible. They have only 1 housekeeping, so when asked for house keeping service ,it’s takes too long. Also we were couple but they gave us separate beds . When requested for a double bed , they said hotel full so no rooms available. Though we booked 2 months back. The breakfast options we not good , And very less options . Also my worst experience was the safe lock kept in the cupboard .We kept all our passports and money and documents in the safe . And the next day morning we were leaving for island tour . So when we tried to unlock the safe. It was not working. We kept asking for help but the engineer was not able to help . They kept saying they don’t have the key for emergency opening. It took 1 hour and our pickup car kept waiting for us and after he said he was leaving without us because it was too late now. The hotel reception said the engineer will bring key but it will take time. In the end I requested for 5k baht for the day as I wanted to spend the money and it was all in that safe. They gave me 5k baht after so much requests . I came back in the evening. The engineer still didn’t had the key. I asked him to somehow just open the safe because next day morning I was checking out. He left again and came back after 20mins and cut open the safe . Finally it was a relief . I gave the 5k baht Back to them which I had in the safe . I was stressed about the safe the whole day and it spoiled my mood for the day.
