Rooms were new and nice. The New years party could have been so much better. Drink lines were very long and didn't have any Ordierds like they were supposed to have. So hotel 5/5 2024 New years Event 2.5 Stars 100% will stay at the hotel again

The room had very low lighting. The bathroom was very bright though. No full length mirror 😩 We ran out of TP on Morning 2. I called the desk..... they never came like they said they would so I went down to get it. Then the lady took our dirty linen, finally on Evening 3, and didn't replace it. I called that night and then again the next morning only for them to let me know they had run out 🤦🏾‍♀️ There is no microwave to use and ice machines are on every other floor. Hopefully I am the only one with this experience but once is enough for me!! I will say the restaurant was AWESOME!! The service and food was GREAT down there!!

We were nervous after reading previous reviews about recent issues and construction but took the chance; It really paid off. The resort is gorgeous, clean and the staff are warm. The Tide Room restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious, we went multiple times. The beach bar had live music, the pool/jacuzzi was conveniently placed behind the bar, it was such a peaceful/fun space. The beach access was really convenient and we loved that they had a chairs/umbrellas and a place to wash up. Our room was huge, newly renovated and so comfortable. We spent a surprising amount of time there, drinking coffee while listening to the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony were the icing on the cake. Only issue we noticed was the delay at peak times for the elevator and that the resort doesn’t have a service elevator for staff. This is a pretty normal thing to us though, so it wasn’t a bother but we’d recommend planning ahead for people wanting to get to the beach between 9am-10am.

I want to update my review. My first review was harsh. First, I want to give 5 star rating to the director of housekeeping, Rita, who was beyond excellent. She went above and beyond to fix the issues that we experienced. Also, Charlie and Steve were a big help. Front desk staff was very pleasant, but had problems following through with promises. There were multiple problems with our room and communication of the available amenities. When I called, I was told there was a gym. Yes, but it was under construction. We weren't informed upon booking that a live band would be playing in the room outside of our room on NYE until 1 in the morning. The room looked ok, but the spiral stair case to bed upstairs was treacherous to maneuver. You need to be in excellent physical shape. Multiple items weren't provided in the room, but Rita supplied all of it the next day. It was just inconvenient the evening prior. The bed was average, the sofa bed uncomfortable per our guest. Restaurant food average. The waitress was super pleasant, but cook slow to get food out. All of the staff were super pleasant! We hope that the corporate staff can get on site and work on consistency and preparation of supplies, etc. It's a nice hotel with great potential. Needs more staff. One problem...Side door of hotel left open and only locked 2am to 6am with no person monitoring. Best of luck Ashore. I hope you work out your glitches. Use Hilton for a model. They are excellent and consistent.

Rooms are nice, but if you like sitting on the balcony, this isn't your place. The balconies are so small that there's not enough room for 1 chair. So ocean view is just that an ocean view. Our room was newly renovated, which was nice. The bed was way too low and killed our backs, pillows and bed need to be replaced they are very old and lumpy. Nice clean new bathroom, but they used a 15" rain shower head, and they don't have enough water pressure to run it correctly. Overall, nice place. Just need new beds. Oh, and a channel guide! We couldn't find any good channels to watch
