Wonderful location! Close to the boardwalk, stores, right on the beach! Love the restaurant but, it's a bit pricey. The pool is warm and there are 2 hot tubs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel needs some upgrading but the rooms are clean and very spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and well maintained. My only complaint was the condition of the Tesla Charger stations. 2.5 of the Tesla chargers worked. The other 2 travel chargers had sand in them. Those chargers should be better maintained.

The night staff was incredible. Very accommodating. Very nice! And welcoming. The day staff was horrible. Very rude. You could tell that the manager just rolled out of bed and came to work and did not want to be there. I requested soap and towels 8:30 a.m. And did not receive them until after dinner time. I was comped $25 off of one night. I stayed for two being as though it is cold out. There's not many people there so I don't understand why the staff acted so busy and annoyed. I don't believe I will be going back there. I even became a VIP member but doesn't seem worth it. I did not enjoy my stay there at all.

The room was great and remained quiet in the evenings despite how busy the common areas were during the day. Our balcony provided a great ocean view. Ocean access directly behind the large pool area. And a lively Italian restaurant attached to the lobby. The staff was friendly and attentive. The common areas were all updated and beautiful; this did make the room seem outdated by comparison, but that did not negatively impact my enjoyment of our space. Tons of dining and activities within walking distance, and even more just a short drive away.
