I stayed at the hotel Asia Residence 14 from 11/25/22 to 11/29/22. In the hotel rooms there are huge cockroaches, they can sit on the walls, or they can jump out onto the bed. I changed the number from 438 to 437 but it didn't help. Receptionists are calm about this issue. Check video and photos. Be careful and avoid this hotel!

One star is already one too much. This hotel is not appropriate to stay in. We're using this one every year, but this year everything suddenly got expensive. The room we usually reside in costs 590 Baht, but suddenly we had to use the so-called VIP room on the second floor. Not only is it located at the end of the endless-seeming floor, the room wasn't even any better than the one we always stayed in. Furthermore, they wanted the third person to sleep on a sofa that's the size for a small child. The water in the bathroom was cold, insects like cockroaches running around, refrigerator didn't seem to work and there was no light in front of the mirror. So you had to do your makeup in the dark or use the one in the bathroom which has strange lighting. The receptionists that evening was terribly unfriendly. Her attitude was like someone who didn't even care if they had guests staying or not. We're never using this hotel again. Really disappointed. You should try the ones near Rad Praow 130. There are many and it's way cheaper.

พออยู่ , 490฿ , 690฿ , ห้อง 490฿ ต้องโทรจองล่วงหน้า , You should Reservation for the room price 490฿, It is fine here if u want good price, traffic so make a good plan , have Mototaxi Taxi Minibus can take u to The Mall , Not far from local canteens (happyland food centre), street food , Restaurants , Can take a boat to the Platinum fashion mall , The Mall Bangkapi Pier get the boat there , Not far from fresh market, have 2 mall around also Tawanna Market local market , Have Pharmacy around , 7-11 (supermarket).
