The hotel itself is decent on the outside but the interior leaves much to be desired. When I checked in, they were out of twin rooms so we were upgraded to a family room but the room itself was a bit problematic. Everything felt flimsy and a bit tacky. The room had a stink about it and the bathroom was apparently the source of it. If you’re looking for a place to just crash for the night and expect nothing more, then this place is alright. But if you want a place to relax and unwind then it’d be better to look elsewhere. Update: the breakfast is even worse. It’s bone dry and highly salted. And there is little to no selection.

If you want to avoid a large crowd or tour group, please do not visit. The hotel is frequented by mainly Chinese tour groups. The room is ok. Nothing fancy. But if you need housekeeping, you need to inform the front desk. Otherwise, they just skip the room. That happened to our room two days in a row. The first day, we didn't know we had to inform the front desk. The next day, the front desk lady forgot to inform the housekeeper.

The lobby is freezing cold The rooms are all new and fresh feeling as well as the lobby. The biggest problem we found in our one night is there is alot of noise from the hallways. Anyone talking or rolling suitcases echo's through the room... Requires -500 baht key deposit Has parking for about 20 cars although bwe arrived late and had to park on street. Dont Park same side as hotel as may get a fine
