Excellent service, lovely rooms and felt the genuine care for the guests. Sending my regards to Muddaser, the manager of the hotel. My family had a medical emergency at 2am on NEW YEARS and he stayed with us to help sort out with the taxi (none were accepting us, so he requested the hotel driving staff to help), the hospitals, ambulance and even provided as much as they could from the hotel (water, amenities and check ups). He kept checking up to ensure our family’s safety and even went out of his way to use resources of the hotel to keep my family comfortable during the medical crisis. We were stuck in hospital for about 6 hours, he passed on the information to following management who helped us further when required. Huge thank you for the hotel’s professionalism and compassion.

The hotel is centrally located and offers spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful and diligent. However, breakfast spread is a major letdown and requires attention. The breakfast menu is 90% same each day and doesn't appeal to the Indian palate which is largely vegetarian.

To those who never experienced South Korean Food, this is THE place.. I got introduced to SK food by the owner and have realised I was missing out on some great food. Master Chef James Kang is one of the best there can be. DO NOT MISS

We just checked out about an hour ago. I want to share my experience so others are alert. When I checked in, they asked for a deposit, I asked the receptionist what this deposit is for, she replied it's for any damage. I repeated if it's for anything else. She replied it's only for damage. When I checked out this morning same receptionist asked me did we eat anything in the room, I said a crisp, can of drink and a some peanut. I thought it was complementary. She charged me 67 aed. I was very disappointed, not for the charge but not being clear at check-in. A message to the manager if your reading. There is nothing wrong charging, but please train your staff to make it clear what the deposit is for otherwise the hotel is not bad.
