Best hotel that we have stayed so far. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient. Central Chitlom is just 15 min walking distance. There is 7-11 nearby. And most convenient is that shuttle service of the hotel is always there to drop you any nearby places.

We stayed there for 5 days and we can say that the service is superb. The two receptionists who were on duty on those days were both respectful and always made sure to provide our requests. My niece and nephew got sick due to outside food & water, but they were kind to provide us with thermometer to monitor their temperature. Such a kind deed. The staff at the entrance as well as laundry area, were equally courteous and assisted us with our needs. We were extremely pampered and felt we were really valued. The receptionist also knows many recommendations starting from massage service, spa, restaurant, etc. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sorry that I forgot your name but I thank you the most. 🤗 Lastly, the place is also well- maintained. We requested for room cleaning everyday as we have kids with us and the staff did their job well. Thank you so much, Aspira Ruamrudee for the great service! P.S. Work on faster internet provider btw. That's the only lapse for us. 😹

two good things you’ll get from this hotel is their good beds and location even though its inside. but generally it was ok but couldve been better for its price. Even with their double windows the noise from the streets are still high.

Extremely noisy area. Difficult to sleep. Taxi drivers confused, can’t find this address. Promised buggy service to the nearest train station was not available for few days in a row. I got the lecture from receptionist for the paint stain on a towel. Next day they gave me towel with a hole. Revenge? :D The only plus point for me is the category we chose: 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area.

I would prefer to give a 3.5 star rating as there are areas that made it not reaching 4 stars. Location is superb considering the per night rate. Walking distance from convenience stores, major hotels and transport hub. Furnishings & fixtures are still in very good condition. My only complaint on facilities is the water pressure in some rooms. Super low pressure in shower head that it is only about 1/10 of the tap pressure in the same bathroom.
