Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is perfectly located in Bangkok with good access to malls, food joints, massage centre’s and the metro. The metro is 700 meters away next to the malls (terminal 21 or the emporium malls). Hotel has a good restaurant called the Reap factory and they serve an excellent breakfast. Service is good at the restaurant. Getting food to your Room is a bit slow but they are not a big problem. Rooms are well maintained and cleaning staff refresh your rooms daily. Very positive and friendly staff. One thing that will stand out is the elevator and there is only one it takes time and gets crowded too. There are other elevators on the other side but a bit slow. Front reception team probably needs a bit more training. Overall a great value for the price and I will stay here again.

This is a new hotel. I m a platinum member and got warm welcomed prior to my arrival by email. Location is perfect. There are tons of massage shops nearby. You can get a massage before you sleep since many people are still on the street at nite and you won’t be alone. Breakfast is fine. I personally love their bed setting. It is so comfy. I think the most comfortable that I ever had. Also, they helped me take my luggage upstairs and put them in my car when I left. These boys at the front of the hotel, especially Tom, are really energetic and passionate about their jobs. They are absolutely stars of the hotel because they made me feel so welcomed. I would love to come again. Thank you!

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Sukhumvit 20 from 9/11 to 9/14. As a platinum member, I was welcomed with open arms and allowed an early check-in at 11 am, which was incredibly convenient. While there was no lounge, the complimentary breakfast for platinum members was an absolute delight. The variety of food, from Western to Thai to Japanese, was impressive. I particularly loved the egg station, where I could order my favorite dishes right from my table. In the evenings, the hotel surprised me with a generous offering of 2 free alcoholic drinks and free-flow soft drinks from 5-7 pm in the restaurant. They provided 3 snacks, changing daily, made this experience even more enjoyable. The staff at Courtyard by Marriott Sukhumvit 20 were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel also boasts a well-maintained small gym open 24/7 and a lovely pool area. The cleanliness and freshness of the room added to the overall positive experience. What truly seals the deal is the reasonable pricing for such a high-quality stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Sukhumvit 20 for anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience in Bangkok. It’s a five-star gem!

This is a great hotel, and phenomenal staff. I am platinum no voy member. So, I have some good experience with hotels and hotel staff. Of course, hospitality in Thailand is typically great. It is likely the friendliest country I’ve visited. The courtyard Marriott staff took hospitality to a new level. They kept the room very clean and tidy, daily. They are so friendly and helpful. I get up early, around 5:30 am. The coffee shops don’t open until 7:00am. The restaurant staff allowed me to get an early cup of coffee while I waited for a coffee shop to open. The location is good. There are plenty of choices in places to eat. I prefer street food. There great street food on the street in front of the hotel. You can easily access money exchange shops and anything you end. Shopping is also close.
