1. Staff were helpful though they don’t understand English much. However the manager lady was super rude. She made us give 1000 Bath for a stain on the bed sheet which i think will go after a wash. Even their bed sheet smells bad and was stained too. 2. A guy from reception told me if you stay half you can pay only 500 bath for a room. Then we stayed half day since our flight was on 11PM. When I went to pay the bill, manager told me there was no agreement like that. So it seems like they have management problem as well. 3. We have stayed there for 12 days. Since the hospital was nearby. We had to call everyday for makeover. Even the Key-Card didn’t work as well. After a long day, coming from the hospital, we didn’t have that energy to wait for someone to open the door. 4. Lastly, I have to mention about the bellboy who were mostly at downstairs. They were sweet, always giving us such a warm welcome. I think bellboy understands much better English than that super rude manager lady.

Plus: Classy Retro. Clean. Affordable for BKK. Friendly & helpful Staff. Large comfy towels and mattress. Cons: Noooooo toothbrushes. No TV. Air-conditioning controls impossible to read on Wall panel. Should I stay here again. 50%

Great location if you beed to go to Bumrungrad, but in in need of repairs and better upkeep. Limited client orientation. Used to be a great place 10 years ago when I first stayed there, but has not been well upkept. Most recent stay was 100% disappointment. Most helpful person was the porter downstairs.
