I stayed here with my husband for three days and my experience was very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. We stayed in grand deluxe king room and it had washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and heating plate. You can use these appliances free of cost. Adding to the great location as everything is at walking distance, the overall experience was great. You will get less Indian food veg options for breakfast but the hotel has very good Indian restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel. Stay here for a 3 weeks. Shuttle to popular places. Exceptionally clean room and friendly stuff on the front desk(Momo, Patty, Pukky). They was really helpful and kind with us. Really love the pool and gym. Thanks to the kitchen team for the delicious breakfast, morning boost energy and hospitality from Mr Coke and ms Naya.

Name : Charita Charita, the room service / house keeping staff at the hotel was friendly and was always helpful when I needed my room cleaned. She was always on time, every day to complete her room cleaning duties. Also, I would like say that the other staff in the hotel, like those in the buffet area, reception and car park - we’re all very friendly and helpful. The staff and the facilities in this hotel, makes Aster a wonderful place to stay in Pattaya.

Nice place, clean rooms. Pool and gym are good and clean. I like breakfasts - fresh food, vegetables and fruits, nice service team, - Ms. Naya, Mr. Coke, Ms. Plai and Ms.Oil - thank you for your care on the breakfasts. All the staff are very friendly. Many thanks for the front team. All my needs were met, thank you Ms. Momo, Ms. Patty and Mr. Pukky. And many thanks for the housekeeping lady from the 7th floor. Unfortunately there was some problems with gym for 4 days during our stay it was out of service. But still this hotel is very good choice in Pattaya

Clean hotel. Come stay with your loved one and you won't be disappointed at all. The staff are very cute, friendly, well mannered, including the receptionist. and restaurant staff Including the housekeeper The restaurant employee named Miss Naya is very well mannered. If next time I have the opportunity, come again. Will definitely stay here again.
