Wow what a stay we had here. We will remember the experience our whole life. Spacious sea facing rooms with lots of winds. Our room had 2 balconies, so we could have a city as well as a sea view. The amenities in the room were good and kids were happy as they could cook ramen and eat. Luxurious rooms and good amenities. Pool is also too good. It should be a 5 star rated hotel.

Rooms were quite spacious. Good Breakfast as well. One of the disappointing things is the service from the hotel. There are few rude employees. We ordered water in our room, the guy who came to deliver it was leaning on the wall when my mom was paying him. She felt very uncomfortable with that. He was quite rude too. Very shocking to see a service like that with a lady guest. Other than that, there’s no liquid soap and tooth paste in the washroom which is provided by any other 4 star hotels. Few good things, receptionists and housekeeping people are really nice.

Amazing and well-kept rooms with nice neighbourhood. Beach, Shopping markets and malls are at walkable distance. Breakfast buffet was really good. Loved the fresh fragrance in the hotel lobby.

Respected management of Discovery Hotel Pattaya Thank you for your hospitality in a week. I will give you the tips that I have in mind to improve the service The cleaning of the rooms was excellent and I thank the service personnel of the hotel The room is in an acceptable condition and has an up-to-date design, however, the need to repair the parquet in the room is quite evident. The outdoor space of the hotel, including the swimming pools, the restaurant and the poolside cafe, is really great, and I would like to thank the staff of the beach restaurant and the security staff for treating me well. Contrary to some opinions, the behavior of the reception staff was excellent at all hours of the day and night. In my opinion, the hotel's breakfast was not in an acceptable condition, and in the breakfast menu, foods that are characteristic of different nationalities were used, which I feel was limited to countries like India and East Asia.In the end, I would like to thank again for the good service and the good treatment of the staff

This hotel is amazing!! This is my second time I have stayed with The Discovery Beach Hotel, both times in the Chic Tower. The first time was before the Pandemic and they have all gone above and beyond to make my stay just as memorable as the it was then. What impressed me the most was at the beginning there was some confusion on my room, I booked very last minute (day before my stay) and the hotel is fully booked as expected so I completely understand. However, what impressed me is how quickly and professionally this was resolved in order to satisfy my needs. This actually ended up with a much better room than expected, without any hesitation they were on it getting me settled into what I would say the most amazing room with the most beautiful sunset sea views. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I am extremely grateful for how you dealt with this, Thank you so much. In my opinion this hotel is more a Resort. It has absolutely everything a resort has. The Discovery Beach have nailed it. Restaurant surrounding the pool overlooking the beach which is stunning, Live music every evening and absolutely amazing food (I have eaten my meals nearly every day here) love it! Meals in the restaurant, around the pool and even the cheeky room service dinner 😝 Of course I can't not mention how friendly and welcoming the restaurant staff have been. Every day I look forward to coming downstairs and seeing everyone. The service is just as amazing as the food. Thank you so much to you all for adding to my experience. I am already starting to plan my next stay at the Discovery Beach (Resort) Thank you so much to you all, You have all been amazing! Mike Nice.
