Hotel has been amazing with their facilities, locations and interior as well as the amenities provided. In addition, the service is top-notch as I requested for a surprise on the day for my girlfriend. I emailed to them to make the surprise according to my plan on the day itself. Although he email given was last-minute, like 10 hours before the time of execution. They emailed back promptly and kudos to the reservation agent, Trianandi Meyrizki A for the well assisted execution and keeping me updated. Overall, would recommend to stay in this hotel due to the spacious room and excellent quality given. I am beyond grateful and happy with the service provided

I come here almost every year with my family whenever i need a quick getaway to relax. The proximity to town area which provides lots of relaxation activities such as massage, movies, food etc. makes this hotel an attractive choice every time. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, bright and spacious. The staff is efficient and attends to our needs well. The breakfast at Basil Restaurant offers a wonderful selection of intercontinental and local fares. Had a chat with staff Sazwa about our stay at Aston. She is pleasant and professional, a great attribute to the hotel;)

A friend suggested this place for its proximity towards the ferry terminal and malls, and also that the property looks more updated and furnished as compared to others amongst our choices. A first-timer f&e traveller to Batam, I wasn’t disappointed. The concierge was friendly and attentive, and even initiated to help keep our baggage aside as we checked out on the final day, so that we had our minds and hands free from bags while killing for time before we made our ways towards the ferry terminal for trip back. Massage service was stellar and I would suggest for it if you are lazy to travel the distance. It’s just a phone call away, and few steps away. And the masseur did what I wished for. Breakfast buffet spread was sublime, although we were too, met with a fleet of very hospitable staff from Basil Restaurant. We had a two-room apartment for the trip and while the property was spacious and generally clean, there were a few misses - the living room’s a/c leaked throughout the stay (though staff was attentive and tried to salvage the situation, the a/c probably needs a replacement instead of repair and servicing), one of the taps had brownish water coming out of it, the master en-suite lacked a shower screen. Would probably try for the hotel, when I’m back again.
