Would like to compliment the service staff “Adelina” at the Swiss Bistro. She is very friendly & polite. She serve us immediately after we are seated with coffee or tea. She will always keep a look out to check if we required any of her services every now & then. I strongly believed that she is definitely an assets to the company. But the room I stayed is below my expectation. The room is very dim, the tap is very tight & water is too hot. During the night, I can hear the car traveling sound from the main road and it disturbed my sleep very much. But the standard of service staff is definitely above average, from front desk, house keeping to bell boy, all are Fantastic.

Nice hotel and quiet room. What surprised me was the service when we went down for breakfast. Adelina was the best and most friendly person we met there. Great service, always with a smile. Thank you Adelina for making my day. Appreciate it.

The most enjoyable breakfast I have cos they have employ a very friendly staff- Adelina . She always have a smiling face no matter how busy she is. She also remembers what you have the previous day. The bell guy - I don’t have his name but he was working on the 10/11 evening. He also very helpful. My mum who is above 85 was walking back fr Grand Batam Mall he saw my other family members which the hotel first n he came out to the main road n walk with my mum n me back to the hotel. It not 4 or 5 star hotel but the overall services are very good. Only the down side that we hope the bathroom will have detached shower head. Keep up the good service.

Pleasant greetings from the counter staff start off my morning. Breakfast is ok but the serving staff are amazing. Their smiles and service warm up my day. These are the reasons I visit this hotel every 3 months with my family and friends annually. Highly commendable to all the frontline staff and support staff too. Good job and very well done. Thank you for all the effort and patience displayed.

Truly good value for money. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a great city view. The wifi connection was excellent. The breakfast had a variety of options and the restaurant was great. Most importantly, it is strategically located in the heart of the Baloi area, within walking distance of Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall.
