My first time stay in Asyana Hotel and it was great. The lobby is cozy-high ceiling, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the room smells are good even in corridors and lift, the food is so tasty and delicious with various menu from local and western, the pool is good the water clean and safe for kids. The room is spacious with standard layout, vinyl mat provided, clean, good smells, water heater and TV are works, bathrooms full of amenities. A great value hotel with price around 200-300K IDR/night, it’s recommend for you to stay here whether with family, couple, or solo travelers.

Came to check in at around 4pm and being told the room is full (I have booked prior) and offered smoking room which I declined. Then being told to wait around 20 minutes because they still clean the room. And only being asked to sit down and wait. I was rushing to go another event. Wasnt happy with the service. The room is ok. No bar fridge, the shower is rusty

Pool area and the breakfast are quite nice actually, but don’t let yourself get fooled by the pictures on the web. In fact, the rooms are quite old and in the one I was given at first, the bathroom ceiling was full of mould, leading to an unsupportable smell. When complaining about this at the reception, I was being told that none of the rooms in the building had any ventilation system in the bathrooms, and that basically it would be the same in any other room. So it wasn’t until the next day, when I showed the receptionist the picture of this huge cockroach crawling on the wall, that I finally was given a reasonable room.

After playing from Ancol, I ordered a hotel here because I saw a review on YouTube. Turns out it's really recommended guys. The price is really good for the quality of the hotel, there is a swimming pool too, there is a playground for children. The place is clean, the employees are friendly. The hotel room is very comfortable, you can see the city of Jakarta and the passing trains
