The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is old. Smell is fine, no mold, airco is very cold but that's everywhere. The pool looks amazing and is clean. Actually, there is nothing really wrong. We slept very well until about 5 in the morning. We were rudely waken up by the breakfast crew.. They are extremely loud!! They wake you up at 5 o clock with their stomping, shouting, moving furniture. It is like they hired dockworkers to prepare the breakfast.... Really, they are shouting from a distance at each other. They have 0.0000 consideration for the guests who are sleeping. It looks like it already improved. This morning I slept very well, better than it most places we went to.

The hotel is decent. Again, if the purpose is to sleep and the majority of the time is exploring the city, it will serve your intention. However, rooms are dark and old fashion cheaply decorated. Don't you want to open the curtains in the morning and light? The soon shines in the pool for very short hours and not fully. If you want soon in your pool, this is not the one. Breakfast was the same average breakfast. If you would like to rest to be ready for your day out, don't bother booking the breakfast either. There are plenty of nice places around. Staff was friendly.

Such a beautiful stay - a great way to end our stay here in Chiang Mai. Amazing pool, room, bathroom facilities. Restaurant has great food for dinner, and the staff are very friendly. If you’re looking at this hotel - don’t hesitate and just book. Perfect location with easy access to markets, attractions, bars, transport AND it is a super quiet stay. Breakfast is delicious!
