A lovely place with attentive staff. After several hotels where I wasn't able to sleep, I finally found sleep here. Although the neighbours doors can be heard quite loudly. The beds are comfortable, the room spacious enough for short term stays, and so far the view is decent - although construction is going on in the area. The surrounding shops also provide plenty of local food options or just sitting around and watching people. 😅 I'd come back here.

I have stayed here many times, but this time the receptionist has changed. She has a bad attitude unlike the previous staff. The water supply in room #602 is unstable, and the shower, which gets hot and lukewarm, is particularly inconvenient. Also, the electric kettle in the room didn't reach the perfect temperature, and I told her that, but she never came to replace the kettle. Even though I made a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days, I was given a WiFi password that was only for 3 days. Am I not allowed to connect until noon on the last day when I check out? We need staff who can do their jobs just normally. I'm not sure if I'll stay here next time or not. I hope some things change.

Extreme disappointment w management. Stayed 2 nights, both nights without internet as system was down. Boss says no refund. Will complain to Thailand Tourism Authority as basic internet service as stated on booking was lacking.
