My experience at this guest house was unbelievably frustrating and disheartening. Imagine arriving, only to find there was no parking, despite it being a guaranteed part of my reservation. The sea view I had eagerly anticipated was also nowhere to be seen. As if that wasn't bad enough, my check-in was cruelly delayed by an astounding 7 hours, leaving me stranded and bored. When I dared to voice my frustration to the manager, questioning how they could boldly promise parking, a sea view, and a specific check-in time and then utterly fail to deliver, the manager responded with sheer callousness. She declared that there was suddenly no room available for me, all because I had dared to complain. It was crystal clear that personal vendettas were taking precedence over professionalism. I didn't end up staying at this guest house. Instead, I had to endure another grueling 8 hours under the relentless sun, which resulted in a throbbing headache and severe dehydration. I was forced to scramble to find alternative accommodations. I implore you, in the strongest terms, to avoid booking a room at this guest house. The manager, who boasts 15 years of experience, is shockingly inhospitable, devoid of empathy, and ready to cast you out if you dare to express dissatisfaction. The risk of staying here is simply not worth it.

It's a massive room, feels like royalty. A king size bed in this room seems like a small piece of furniture. A large mirror in which you could ogle at yourself 😊 They were kind enough to allow for an early check in which was great. Free parking in the bar area downstairs, if you rent a scooter. There is no lift. Neat and huge washroom with a bathtub, wow! Location is great, it is right at the entry of walking street and at the start of the beach, which is actually a great spot! I didn't feel too disturbed by music from surrounding clubs. You could book well in advance for better price but I booked it one evening before and paid a bit more. Sea side view would be excellent but it was a tad expensive. Staff is responsive and helpful. They charge 1000 BHT as refundable security deposit, which you should remember to ask back at the time of check-out.
