We stayed for seven days, and overall would enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was clean and clear. The service was amazing. Our fridge was broken and two hours later, they brought in a new one. Also, there is two soda cans, two waters and a small milk that are free. There is complementary transport to and from the hotel to Patong Beach (every two hours, between 10:00 and 20:00). Personal shout out to Natty, who went above and beyond. She performed first-aid and even recommended a 24/7 doctor for us.

Amazing stay! The most comfortable bed and the friendliest most helpful staff! Food is great at the restaurant! Great for families with kids and the shuttle service to the city and the beach is awesome. Very good location! Iced from Breakfast was very kind to us and every staff always have a smile on their face.

Hotel is very nice. Beautifully decorated and arranged rooms. Room service and hospitality is amazing. Staff is very courteous. We enjoyed our stay.Patong beach is near to the hotel and hotel provides free shuttle service in every 2 hours to patong beach

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was absolutely amazing!!! I would definitely go back to this hotel if I return to Thailand. Ice has made my stay extra special with her exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. She is so friendly and helpful.
