Hygiene Disaster: The level of uncleanliness in this hotel is beyond belief. The sheets of the bed and towels were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. The room was still a mess, and the bathroom was equally revolting, feeling like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Poor Location: the hotel is situated in a bad neighborhood, far from the city center and any attractions. It's not only inconvenient but also potentially unsafe for guests. Lack of Amenities: There are no amenities in the room or bathroom. The shampoo provided was of questionable quality, and they don't even offer basic items like flip-flops or toothpaste. Deceptive Photos: The photos of the hotel are a complete misrepresentation of reality. Don't be fooled by the images; the actual conditions are a far cry from what they advertise. No Social Spaces: The hotel lacks any bar or communal space where guests can relax and socialize. It's a cold, unwelcoming place with no atmosphere to speak of. Unpleasant Staff: The staff were as unfriendly as they come. They seemed disinterested in providing assistance or making guests feel comfortable. Terrible Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was a disaster. Instead of a proper dining area, they deliver a sad package of breakfast items to your room, and it's beyond terrible. No coffee or tea is provided, and you're left to eat in the cramped and uncomfortable room. Lack of Fitness Center: For those who value fitness, be aware that there is no fitness center at this hotel. Noise Issues: If you happen to get a room facing the street, expect to endure constant noise, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I sincerely hope that others can avoid the misery I endured during my stay.

Definitely a great value, you'll have hard time finding a similar view from another hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location away from the crowds of tourists. There are plenty of options to eat just a couple of blocks away, everything quite local. Metro station is about 10-15 minutes away, but you can also walk downtown. The area felt pretty safe. Regarding the equipment, there's a washing machine (you can buy detergent next door), kitchenette (no microwave) and quite powerful aircon. The bed was quite comfy too.

Very nice apartment hotel I would recommend! The staff including Angelo were very friendly and helpful. The apartment style rooms had many amenities including a fridge, freezer, dishes and glassware, stove and washing machine, which is nice for longer stays as you can cook. There was a nice grocery store just below that had lots of food options and household goods. It’s within walking distances to several restaurants and parks. It’s located on a bus line and about 15 mn walk to the Metro station which will take to the major sites like the Acropolis. There is an also a nice rooftop view with a good view of Athens. We had a nice stay and would recommend it!

This a great place to stay for an extended period. They have a nice cooking area with plates and cups provided. The balconies have great views. The location is very good for both food and visiting well known sites. The store right beside it is also extremely helpful and there is a pharmacy just a small walk away. I highly suggest Athens Panorama Project. Theres is also a lovely pool on the top floor with a stunning view.

Clean modern apartment style rooms with small rooftop pool offering panoramic view of Athens (thus the name). You can see the Acropolis from the rooftop pool, but it is a little below waist high and quite small. (Also, limited shade). Long walk to sites (~5 km from Acropolis). Weird quirk: They take away all but a few towels with every cleaning even if towels are still unused. We had to ask for extra towels every night for our family of four.
