My wife and I stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta Hotel. Our stay was phenomenal, it was all because of a young lady named Hannah Shore (Front Desk Hospitality Specialist). She was just fantastic. She went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. She promptly resolved issues that we were having with our room. Her kindness and willingness to help, let us know that she is a true professional. She represents the best of Marriott.

The hotel structure is so beautiful! The lobby was clean, the Christmas decorations were lovely. The cleaning of the rooms could be a little better. But What I would like to highlight is the wonderful breakfast and the service from everyone who served us at the cafe was impeccable! I felt like I was in Europe

I spent 5 nights at the Marriott Alpharetta. It was a great stay. My King room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great and the maid service was excellent. I ate at the morning breakfast buffet several times. There was a nice variety of foods. My only complaint was the food was luke warm. I also ate dinner in the restaurant a few times. The staff was awesome and the food was very good. I will definitely stay again.

Nice property overall. As of this post, here is what I experienced. Room: Clean... However, there was a strong, somewhat unpleasant odor when we walked in. There was plenty of space in the room and bathroom. To open the door to the bathroom to had to open it all the way to get in as the toilet is right next to the door. Amenities we experienced: One indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Both were working and in use. One outdoor pool looked nice but was cold as it is the fall season. The fitness room was nice for a hotel gym. They have a full bar and a separate restaurant. They offer breakfast buffet for $$. Overall, it is a nice property with plenty to do and close to regular shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great! The room is great and clean. Also, the service with the front desk was great. I would definitely come back because how great it is but the only issue is the breakfast. I wished I knew that the breakfast is NOT complementary. I can say it’s my fault too because I didn’t do enough research. Though I think they could’ve have told us before we even got our food and sat down, or at least when we checked-in. We spent $51.72 for breakfast and we didn’t even eat a lot. We could’ve use that money to eat elsewhere. I would also say that the workers for breakfast definitely ignored us, we didn’t have sliver ware because they have to give it to you. Then I had to ask for coffee because they didn’t want to come and check in on us. Definitely not worth the money, take your money elsewhere if you’re going to eat here.
