My friend and I had very positive experience during our stay on Christmas 2024. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s close to the old town and away from the noise. The staff were friendly and were always helpful. The breakfast could be better though

Like: Very good location, to see nearby places. Acceptable price for a few days. A very lovely lady at the reception, helpful and kind! We also got a potty for children, but we asked before! Dislike: The room was overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine. It was so bad we kept the window open all night. After the second day it was better. Breakfast was ok, but the staff (waitresses) were a little bit annoying, the dish was taken away very quickly, even before we finished eating and also such an unkind look.

I loved the hotel, the location, the staff. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and our rooms were excellent. Notably, this hotel was the only one that allowed adding a child to a tripple room. Be aware that there is no air conditioning except on the top floor. Our room was provided with a fan, and I absolutely did not mind the dry heat at night. The rooms were cleaned very well each night. The rooms have high ceilings, modern TVs, and immaculate bathrooms. I very much enjoyed the breakfast each morning which had a very decent variety and good beverages. The common area of the hotel itself is spacious and dimly lit. It has a very large staircase and two small elevators. It's a very spacious hotel overall and very comfortable. The location is also great. If you are planning to do any amount of walking in old town, then this hotel is a great starting point to walk up to the old town square and palace. It is also right next to a large mall and within 10 minutes of walking to a great laundry place with Miele machines.
