In simple words: DO NOT RUIN YOUR TRIP BY STAYING IN THIS HOTEL, IT'S AWFUL 😖 There were hairs on the pillows and the toilet was not clean. This photo shows the great view of our room🤦‍♂️ The refrigerator didn't work and when we asked to replacement, they said this is normal ( NORMAL refrigerator which can not make a beer 3 degrees colder within hours) and all rooms have same refrigerator. Air-conditioning was awful and didn't work most of times. You don't have options to choose your breakfast, it was a plate with 1 egg, two thin slice of bacon, 3 olives, a piece of cheese that was enough for an adult. And lastly, no one cares about you and won't listen to you.

I went to this hotel last week, the view of it was aweful! I will share the picture of that, air conditioner went off intermittently and receptionist told it was because of the electricity saving, slippers were not available in the room, you should get those yourself if you want to take a shower, an iron was not available too, a plate was not there too and they did not get you any. Toilet floor has no canal so the shower water accumulated. The breakfast is just a one plate that is given to you, including an egg, two slices of bacon and cheese and it is not matched with the rich food culture of Istanbul. There was only one elevator for 9 floors and it was always full, you should wait every time. The cleaning was not good and there was hair on pillows and bathroom, the toilet was not disinfected. I went to a 4 star hotel before and it was not deserved this grade at all! By the way It was 30 minutes walk to Taksim Square, that include uphill walk. I read the reviews and it only recommended by tour leaders because it has low costs.
