Overpriced, hostess doesn’t speak English, no discounts when paying in cash. Flats are quiet ok, but we had to guess how to turn the hot water on and other minor issues we faced with left an unpleasant impressions.

Had a great experience in this place. Very cosy and warm. The location is accessible to all transportation (bus, metro, funicular and taxi). The host was kind and can easily contacted whenever you need something.

Worst stay ever,no reception,not safe, If your a family with an old people and kids,I don’t advise at all as its in a slope and you should go down stairs to reach the apartment on the other side,the janitor doesn’t speak English neither arabic,its too hard to ask her anything needed as there is no one there and no reception as written 24/7,no replenished of the things needed in the apartment like bathroom tisse,towel etc.. Whatever i asked I received after nagging many times.. Service was so poor,treated was not as expected. It was really hard two weeks i stayed in istanbul..
