1. Room was dirty and dusty upon check in, aircon in lower level will turn off automatically, causing some of my family members to lose sleep. 2. Water heater in shower was broken, so had to endure showering in ice cold water. 3. Room tv was not working, their in house technician could not provide a fix, leaving my elderly parents unable to watch tv when testing in room. 4. Wifi in room was not working, again their technician could not fix the problem. Strongly not recommended, take your money and spend it elsewhere.

There was no hot water. On the second day I had a staff go into my room around 10am, not too sure why. She seemed to talk about check out time, though, I was not due to check out that day. Opted for mountain view but got an obscured view by the foliage. The ‘mountain view’ from my room is as taken in the first photo, which my room was located on the ground floor. Second photo shows the view from 1.5 floor, halfway up second floor. My room is in the third photo, a distant away from the lobby. Walking around the resort, I could see that there were lots of maintenance to do. I do enjoy the view at the back of the resort, as pictured last.

Room Service is not good staff is also not friendly. They not give you answer of your any questions in properly. Also they not helping you. Arrogant staff. Breakfast is delicious super good. Pool location is good. Rate: Room service: ⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location; ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff: 0

The hotel is okay for one night. Nice view to the lands of Khao Yai. The room is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. However the place has a clear lack of maintenance : some cottages are abandoned, wood tiles in the room are removing, bathtub mechanism is broken. Air conditioner doesn't work well and is really noisy. There is a swimming pool outside but not sure about the cleanliness of the water. The outside lightning should be improved as it is not easy to see the road during the night. As Khao Yai is getting more and more popular, I think this place has a good potential if the buildings are renovated.
