Absolutely beautiful resort. I stayed here with my husband and some friends. We spent one night and loved it. It was definitely worth the 2hr drive from Bangkok. The view that we got was stunning, and the room was also very nice. The decor of the resort was very gorgeous. Our room was very clean and very well furnished and decorated. The staff was also very helpful and quick to make accommodations. We reserved the same day and they had space available. It gave a high end luxury feeling without breaking the bank. It is definitely a worthwhile visit. We will for sure come again. We did not have a dog, but we saw another guest with a pet pomeranian, so I think they are pet friendly but you will need to ask.

Convenient location and quiet. Best part was well-trained staff and peaceful room. Fully-booked weekend. Public spaces need to be refreshed a bit… and more outdoor lounge areas (besides the pool deck) would be nice.

The hotel interior was a bit old and were torn down. Temperature of water from the shower was not constant. Light keeps flashing at night. We were offered the first which has a real bad smell from the toilet area, and imagine the toilet is an open space with bathroom so we asked for a change and luckily they moved us to another room. Location and ambience outside was good, but well here is Khaoyai. For this price, I’d recommend staying somewhere else. Before arrival, the staff called and asked for the arrival time saying if I went in late, I’ll need to call for the check-in. So when we reached the hotel, we called but they are actually people at the check-in. So, a bit confused.

Our experience with D2 KY is exquisite. Personnel (receptions, bellboys, restaurant staffs and room attendants) are warming and they provided good services. They manage our expectations well as we made two consecutive nights in different bookings. The room facilities are well designed and functional. The view and common area are chilling. Cheesecake and cocoa are cute too.

Lovely hotel stay with unique farm experience. The room was large and came with bathtub. Had a good view of the mountains, even when swimming. Has a glamping area for BBQ that needs to be reserved. Service was good and staff were polite. Price was relatively high, probably due to last minute booking, otherwise it's worth a stay. Will be back for sure. Update: One of the room was quite smelly. The quality of the food in the restaurant is quite bad. We ordered pizza that was frozen for room service, unexpected from a 4 star hotel. Front desk service is still friendly and good. Atmosphere is still nice.
