We Had a pleasent stay in Austin Park Hotel. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Merticulous and great service by the room service crew. We were also impressed with the baby cot that comes with baby pillow, bolster and blanket. The hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Mt Austin town. Plenty of grocery shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby.

A nice hotel right next to Austin Water Park. Looks great for family. The room we were given was spacious, clean and quite comfy. There is plenty of parking available in the basement, which is complimentary if you are a hotel guest. You'll find a large supermarket right below on the ground level as well. Overall a good place to consider if you want to stay around Austin Heights or Tebrau area.

Room is huge , clean , and breakfast is good. Surrounding eatery fr afternoon till night.. basically u jus eat and eat.. just that supermarket is a small one .below , and Mr diy below . Good for getaway

I booked room for 5 adults via Agoda and we came check in late unfortunately the room was not available according to The Front Desk Lady Agoda will sub the booking to third party. They offered us Room for 4pax which is less price than what we’ve paid. Mr Sam (manager) cannot tolerate by giving us extra bed. He gave us room for 8pax (bunk beds) the bed is thin and my parents is not comfortable at all. Bad service from The Manager. Poor customer service.
