Location is not bad, plenty of food options around. May experience noises at night as it is located above a karaoke. Cleanliness can be improved as found strands of hair on the bed/pillow. Hotel should consider putting refills of toilet paper/tissue paper in the room for easy access. Water pressure was great on the first night, but weirdly it gradually reduced when we shower on the second day morning. Nevertheless great for a simple stay.

Our stay at Hako Hotel in Mount Austin left us with mixed feelings. While the location was undeniably great, surrounded by a plethora of food options and fun activities, there were aspects of our stay that needed improvement. The hotel's prime location was a definite highlight, providing easy access to a variety of dining options and entertainment. However, our experience with the rooms was less than ideal. The accommodations seemed to lack attention to detail, and there was a noticeable weird smell that persisted throughout our stay. This detracted from the overall comfort and ambiance, leaving us somewhat disappointed. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, attempting to address our concerns promptly. Despite the room issues, the service added a touch of warmth to our stay. In conclusion, Hako Hotel has great potential given its superb location and the surrounding amenities. However, the rooms need improvement to match the overall experience one would expect. With some attention to these details, Hako Hotel could easily elevate itself to a more favourable rating.

Clean and cozy stay! 😍👏 at first when I arrived and saw it was on top of loud speaker karaoke, I was worried that it will be noisy, but it was quiet at hotel lobby and room. I like their common space and biscuit provided to customers. One thing to be improved is their customer service. Front desk lady is not friendly at all and not flexible as I arrived earlier than the usual check in time, saw many checkout and she refuse for early check in and asked me to pay extra money for it. Another hotel which my friend stay behind street allowed earlier check in. Oh well, they’re not wrong being strict, just that you know some degree of flexibility to customers is bonus point!

Everything is good except the exit staircase. There is no exit, the moment you leave the staircase, you cannot return, the door will be locked. Then when you want to find the exit, all the other floors have been locked, except for the rooftop. It's damn scary, and worst thing is the maze. It will leave you to find a special door, that leaves half the building like another realm. The other place is all cement, and has a lift. This lift doesn't allow you to exit any of the floors....

It was suppose to be great holiday until I woke up. There’s a massive stain on the sheets and it looks like a blood stain. Who knows who bleed that night. The dual king is very small and only minimum walking space. There’s a tissue box but no tissue in it. And the toothpaste they gave is magical, it came out transparent.. expired?.. Last, maybe 10pm was a sleepy hour, the staff who serve us was not prompt.🧐
