Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is perfect with a lot of choice. Nice and easygoing staff.

The hotel is big and close to the train station. The staff were nice even during night hours. The breakfast is delicious. You have really big range of food. The rooms are quiet. Only thing I would improve is a little bit outdated bathroom. And water flow in shower in 5th floor is really weak.

Quite good for a short stay in Graz, super close to Hauptbahnhof. WiFi worked, breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaned better.

This hotel was selected based on a last minute change to be nearer to the Austrian F1 race. The parking was underground and safe, even if a little difficult to find. The check-in was smooth. For dining, there does not appear to be an on-site restaurant, other than that used for breakfast, however there are a few restaurants very close by, and Graz centre is not too far away. The room okay, apart from the air conditioning was so noisy that there was no way we could use it overnight. This meant that the room was hot and stuff the next morning. The breakfast was pretty good, with the usual drinks and continental selection.

The hotel is opposite the train station and therefore a 20-25min walk to the city center. The hotel facilities are not the newest and especially the air conditioning doesn't work at all. As it is next to a busy street opening the windows is also not really a solution. Therefore I slept really bad. Nevertheless the breakfast was decent. I really would ask the manangement to work on the room temperatures
