This establishment unfortunately does not deserve any stars. First of all they are advertising hotel rooms as apartments so check carefully what is it that you are booking. Second thing you as a guest are completely alone. If there is anything you need, if there is anything that goes wrong with your stay you are left alone and the property will not listen to you or help you. They are not prepared to talk the issue through and come to an agreement. They just want to take your money and do not care about the guests at all. If you are fine with that, then go ahead and book. If not, go anywhere else.

Nice modern rooms, everything is clean. Minus point is given for shampoo bottles that have already been started, so unfortunately the shampoo did not last until the end of the trip and is not refilled. That's quite a problem and shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Price performance doesn't fit at all, completely overpriced, I definitely won't book again I had booked three rooms, one of which (815) in the attic is completely overpriced at €140 without breakfast. Small, no door to the bathroom, no light switches by the bed. The booking was offered without breakfast. However, you can have breakfast at Black Coffee (in the same building) for a fee. We wanted to have breakfast at 9:15 a.m., the owner explained to us that the next guests would be there at 10:00 a.m. and that she had nothing to do with the hotel. She only gets the bookings. So we had until 9:50 am. The only positive thing: there were problems with the self-check-in, so we were helped immediately by phone.
