We had a great time at Grand Fortune with our family. The hotel is close to the MRT making it easy to travel to touristy spots. The breakfast buffet in the morning has multiple and tasty options. I would highly recommend it. We also got massages at the hotel and were very happy with our experiences. House keeping was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. I want to specially give a shout out to Oat at the concierge who was super helpful with his tips and knowledge. Although we had a decent idea about the places we wanted to visit, his local knowledge was very helpful. We were able to update our itinerary accordingly and had the best time in Bangkok!

My favorite hotel coming in and out of Thailand, friendly staff excellent beds. The rooms are a bit dated and need some minor upgrades but that's nitpicking. The location I'd excellent as you can access 2 malls for a variety of food and shopping

Nice hotel in great location (2 food markets just around the corner, also 2 shopping malls and a metro line plus airport link one station away). Staff took great care of us and was extremely kind and helpful. Room was clean and well-maintained.

Highly recommended. Real 4-star hotel that has full hotel functions and service. Professional concierge check in, good service bellboy. Thai, English, and Chinese reception available. They made good first impression from seeing my shirt and make me surprise by warm word. there’s welcome drink when check in, clean and large room. However, it may old by age but some part has renovated. They fulfill my requirement as much as possible such as get the high floor room, in room bathtub. There’re swimming pool, onsen, fitness center facilities that all included when you stay here (compare with some hotel has but there’s additional change). Usable speed free wifi. There’re 4-star rank amenities kit. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are their hotel brand not cooperate brand. There’s morning call service. Fast checkout and has luggage storage room. Plenty parking space and good security guard. Nearly a lot of shopping mall and near Chinese area.

I rang in the New Year at a fantastic hotel and absolutely had a blast! The staff were all incredible - super friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and perfectly appointed, and the hotel itself was decked out with beautiful New Year's decorations, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights for me was definitely the hotel's Onsen and pool. I practically lived in them throughout my stay - they were never crowded and offered the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. And speaking of exploring, the location couldn't have been better! With a shopping mall right across the street and the subway just a minute away, I could easily get everywhere I wanted. A huge thanks to Ms. Pleng, Meen, Meelah, and Ning at the front desk. Thanks to their amazing service, I managed to snag a beautiful city-view room on the 26th floor! It was the perfect way to start the new year - waking up to stunning views and knowing I had such a comfortable and convenient home base for my adventures. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Bangkok. You won't be disappointed! Happy travels!
