Very good location. All sorts of F&B available within walking distance. Rooms are bare essential with little maintenance. So far all the rooms that I've stayed in have at least a few lights not working. Not a deal breaker but annoying that they don't fix the broken lights. Sound insulation is pretty much non existent so those sensitive to noise will be greatly inconvenienced, where footsteps, outside ambience and guests moving in/out of find could all be clearly heard. If you're there to eat, it's a very good location to stay.

Stayed in this hotel 2nd time. Location is the reason we opted for the hotel again and again. Though only 3 storey high, it comes with a small lift which is consider senior friendly. The only drawback are: 1) No shower curtain. Whole bathroom were wet after shower. 2) Room 216 has poor wifi connection 3) TV programme, i had to reinstall all the channels on my own 4) Have to wait for hot water to shower. May have to wait for an hour for hot water to come.
