Definitely worth staying at this hotel due to its location alone! Metro is 2 minutes walk and 4 minutes walk to shopping centre. Staff is really friendly, cleaners very nice and do very well job. Food at the restaurant is above average compared to other hotels, the pizza is a must try. WiFi is very good and fast as well.

Honest review. Second time staying here for eight nights. Fancy hotel in design and rooms are nice, but services and operations wise this hotel has a lot of opportunities to improve. General Service - nobody says hello when you walk in, or when you leave, and they don't say goodbye and thank you when you checkout. Breakfast staff walk around like zombies, no smiles, no enthusiasm, apart from one or two staff generally they are all cold. Housekeeping - they come when they want, anytime of the day, and only do half the job. They either forget to empty the bins, bring water replace the tea etc, everyday there's something new missing, in the end I just put the do not disturb sign. There's lots of managers in suits walking around, not sure what they do other than stand around chatting, they certainly don't lead by example and greet guests and check on their stay or anything like that. This hotel could be so much better. There are cheaper or same price options locally where you will be treated better and money will be better spent.

Awesome employees and hotel. Without exaggerating, the hotel has a care and cleanliness level higher than most popular hotel companies. Definitely recommend it. Shout out to Rasheed and all of them honestly 🙌

I had the best stay at Avantgarde Hotel in Sisli! The rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable as well. Room service food was always delicious. I would like to thank the wonderful gentlemen at the front desk for making my stay so pleasant. Ali was so helpful! And the bell boy FurKan was also a great help. When I come back to Istanbul, I will definitely be staying here again.

Hello Dear sir/madam! My name is Gashaw Workneh Zeleke, my passport number is EP 6424142. We have stayed in your nice hotel for one week (September 23 to 29/2023). Thank you for your kind hospitality. We had an unforgettable time with my other four group members. Room 1509. When we checked out our room the hotel officer informed me by mistake I paid two extra days from my cards. I appriciate their kindness. Then staff took the passport and master card number and agreed to pay back the balance with my master card. I returned to my country by taking the promise.I know you told me that the process could take three to four days. Even though it's been over a week, till now, I haven't received any refund balance. I therefore humbly request and remind your good office to check the status and inform me. With great respect
