The prices are suitable because of the modest services and other things, the lack of attention to the cleanliness of rooms, bedding and the smells of sewage and there is no isolation between rooms so you can hear the speech and sounds of people's intimate relationships clearly like they are in front of you 🫣 and the hotel does not have a restaurant or serve meals

Rooms are looking good and the hotel is on good location , but all the hotel smell bad on cigarettes. Room service is not enough often and the reception is not friendly and trained enough good- we arrived 5 in the morning and we were agree to pay for one more night just to go sleep and we made our payment.The new reci guy didnt know how to print the transaction bon and anyways we had argue with the receptionist who is working there longer. He was arogant and told me that his collegue should not give us room at all because they cant see successful payment.Anyways we agreed to wait couple of days and my bank asure me that transaction is done successfully, but because they cant see the transaction in their system somehow we had to pay double for that room . VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL. Heating system was not working and we had to ask them every day to put it on for the night and still sometimes was off...Last days on the reception was placed a bird which we could hear anytime from our room and was annoying. This was my second stay in this hotel and this time unfortunately i am not satisfied.

- Cleaning after two days - Bad working TV remote, the TV needs password for YouTube etc. so they couldn't help with it - Bathroom isn't acceptable for it's price - Without professional approach
