We chose this hotel only because it was next to florya hospital and we had a surgery there. Staff are very nice .they understand English as well. We booked a sea view luxury room . Room was clean but it smells bad we had to keep washroom door always closed. Breakfast is just good not amazing. What pissed us was that as a guest we were not allowed to use Turkish bath or sauna. They asked us to pay for it!!!! We didn't since it was a very small bath and sauna... Due to surgery it was our best option.

I stayed there for 2 night , It was incredible and tidy , Staff was really nice and kind specially the reception , cleaner lady was so so kind and respectful. Breakfast was delicious and free 😃 I wish I could give them 10 Star

My experience was very bad with this hotel. The service was bad and the air conditioner did not cool. The bad thing that bothered me was that they had bugs that bit me.🤬

We stayed at Emirhan for 16 days. It was an incredible stay throughout. Beautiful view of the Marmara sea on sunny days. Fantastic food at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. Only 50 meters from the metro-bus. Gorgeous walks by the shore. The massage spa at the hotel was also fantastic. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to Mehri at the restaurant (for always greeting us with a big smile in the mornings and helping us with anything we needed or asked about.) 🥰 Only negative thing I can come up with was that the AC in the room was faulty and didn't work properly. It was HOT! And the hotel is very close in proximity to the highway, so there will be noise from the traffic, but nothing severe that ruined our sleep. In the end, I am extremely happy with our stay here and I would happily order another stay at this "palace"
