My husband and I visited Phuket for 10 days and we have tried 2 other hotels and we can truly say that Avista was the best. We regret not spending more time in Avista. When you arrive, you get greeted by very friendly staff (in our case it was Emmi), speaks English well, provided us with all the details and walked us to our room which was decorated for our anniversary. We would recommend booking the Jacuzzi suite as it’s very relaxing - Room is exceptionally clean, service from all staff including the buggy service is very quick and amazing. View from the main pool is breathtaking and bar service is also very good. Breakfast can do a bit more variety. The hotel also has 2 restaurants (Indian and Italian). We would HIGHLY recommend staying in this hotel for your stay.

Just arrived at Avista and was warmly welcomed by their friendly reception! Our mood was instantly lifted. Refreshing drinks and iced cool towels were served to us to keep up cool in this warm weather. We were pleasantly surprised by when the front desk staff Joe approached us and shared that they would like to do an upgrade to our room knowing that we are here for our honeymoon! Already planning our next stay here!

My stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery was beyond wonderful. Nestled in a serene setting, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. From the moment I stepped in, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. Mr. Matthieu and his team were incredibly accommodating, not only providing excellent service but also going the extra mile by recommending fantastic dining spots that catered to my dietary needs as a Muslim. Their thoughtful consideration made my experience truly special. The hotel's excellent facilities were complemented by this outstanding service. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

Brilliant stay at this gorgeous property. True to its name it's a hidden gem with a beautiful view of the ocean and hills. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. There was no language problem as the entire staff spoke English. The breakfast spread had vegetarian and even vegan options. A small stall especially for Indian food was also available. Jo was our welcome staff and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and Jeena ensured a smooth check out for us. A big thank you to the entire staff.
