We had two connecting rooms in a villa, spacious and well equipped with huge bathrooms, garden terrace and sea view. Service is quick and friendly throughout. The resort is build on a steep hillside, and despite the valet service, requires stairs and stairs and more stairs to be climbed for any movement. The seasonal beach requires a steep climb down the hill (more stairs) and offers no sea access at all, sitting behind a rocky shore line. Hotel facilities are not really geared towards intense use, e.g. swimming pool is rather small. General appearance is good, but upon closer inspection maintenance is rather lacking. Free shuttle bus to Kamala beach is convenient.

This hotel offers stunning views and excellent amenities. While the room is gorgeous with a nice view, some furniture appears a bit dated. The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing prompt service. Keep in mind the location, which is a 25-minute drive from Patong and challenging to reach due to its mountainous setting. On a positive note, all the food served is halal.

Amazing place and location. I booked the villa with private pool and view is stunning. Decent price for what it is. Bedroom/bathroom building is stunning. Living room kitchen need to be updated to match the rest. Service is good but could be better, had some issues with breakfast I paid for that wasn’t showing in their system and had to go back and forth for hours to get it fixed. Issue was due to Agoda in the first place so not their fault, but the way they handled the situation wasn’t the best. Eventually they did fix it though. Gets a bit loud at night, but on the good side there seems to have some good party at night 🤪

My family of 4 stayed in June. Accordingly to their staff, it’s the low season and we were expecting rain. But the weather was awesome and we were very blessed. Their staff are very friendly and polite. We booked for pool access family room. As it was low season, we were the only guest. Therefore we got the whole pool to ourselves. The pool was very clear and clean. Their buffet breakfast spread was excellent. My daughter have accidentally left her wallet in the room. After informing the hotel, they found and arranged to send it to Bangkok as my friend could help me to bring back. They told me what was inside the wallet and I have informed that to take THB1000 for postage and the rest for token of appreciation but they are so honest and went the extra mile to mail it to Bangkok. Yesterday I finally got back the wallet and found out that they only took THB100 for the postage. We are deeply appreciated and we are very thankful for their excellent service. Very good customer service. I was impressed that they have whatsapp online service to ask any questions or help regarding the resort stay. The room was clean and spacious and I could see the sunset from the balcony and it came with a sound bar where I could connect my hp via blue tooth to play songs. Breakfast was far exceeded my expectations and with blue sea and sky view, awesome. Will highly recommend going to this resort and have no regrets.
