The place was nice and clean, staff were really friendly and all to help; it’s in walking distance from Istiklal street and minutes away from taksim square. It’s just that because of some electrical problems they don’t have fridge and microwave in the room but there is one shared fridge in the hotel kitchen u can use.

Stayed for 5 days with my boyfriend, I enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is in a very good position, close to the center, to the metro and some bus stops. Only at night I wouldn't have felt very safe going out so maybe I wouldn't recommend it for a girls only trip if you plan to spend nights out. The room was bigger than I expected, and it had 3 beds even if we booked for 2 so it was very spacious. The bathroom didn't have a window, but it was clean. The shower was okay, no problem with hot water at any time of the day even if I saw other people mentioned some problems with it in the reviews. We were on the third floor, reachable by a small but perfectly functioning elevator. To reach the first floor though there is no elevator, but some stip stairs. Breakfast was really good, with two alternatives in the same plate: typical Turkish breakfast with tea, eggs, bread and vegetables or bread with Nutella, jam or butter. The staff was very kind, they could speak Turkish, English and Farsi and were available at any time of the day. They called a taxi for us to get to the airport and helped immediately when we had a problem with the heater in the room. The only negative things I could mention about Aysa Hotel is the little noise in the street at night (it's normal, it's in the center very close to Taksim's main shopping street) and the absence of soap in the bathroom (but I'm sure that if you ask about it at the reception they will get it for you). Overall I would say it's a very good solution considering the location and the very cheap price! I would recommend it for a good time in the beautiful Istanbul. Hope my review can be helpful for someone

4 stars. Great value & price! Would surely book again. Excellent location near Istiklal shopping street, Taksim Square and Galata Tower. We stayed for 6 nights in the Premier King Room (Non-Smoking). We found hints of smoking and cigarette use even though the room is non-smoking, e.g. hotel information leaflet had a burn mark The 3 receptionists were very accommodating. One of them especially took care of our initial dissatisfaction with the mold problem in the bathroom. We got our rooms cleaned again and every day we asked for. They refilled our amenities like water, coffee, tea, slippers, towels, etc. If you have any issue upon arrival, make sure you contact them. Write them through WhatsApp first, if you want everything explained in writing. The noise from neighbors and the street was tolerable, considering the very central location. If you are staying in the room with swing chairs, please be careful. Especially for children! It is a safety hazard because of the seat design. The ropes aren’t balanced and caused us an injury. A charger and night lamp close to the bed would be a practical addition. Otherwise, the design of the room is chic and creative. There is a small elevator from floor 1+. Overall, would recommend for budget traveler couples.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aysa Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is perfect. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the Taksim, Istiklal Ave This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and make the most of my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Overall, my experience at Aysa exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, made for an unforgettable stay. And the most important thing, the Aysa Manager is super polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I've stayed at Aysa hotel 2 times. And each time they were super polite, considering and nice. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, there's tea and coffee, sugar, with tables and electric kettle in the rooms. Everything is decorated beautifully even the Breakfast. They show you the real Turkish/persian hospitality. I look forward to go to Aysa hotel in the future 🙌
