Location is great, rooms are ok for the price. The noise is incessant though! So much shouting at the reception (from staff!) even well into the night. No regards for people trying to sleep..

I don't understand why this hotel has low point on booking, you get what you pay for. It's a small hotel with breakfast included, clean rooms it has a fridge, heating, air conditioner, tv and shower with hot water. The most important thing that it's in Taksim İstiklal street so basically near to bus station, metro station and right in front of the hotel there are a lot of options of restaurant and coffee shops. I highly recommend it for people with a medium budget and want to be clise to the center. Just to mention the hotel is in a safe area but please try not to go out after midnight Istiklal street can be dangerous for foreigners at that time, a lot is going on there.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The problems started as soon as I checked in and saw the small size of the room. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, and there was barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and did not make any effort to address the issues I raised. Another major problem was the smoking in the lobby. It was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable every time I had to pass through. I found it surprising that the hotel did not have any designated smoking areas, especially given how many people were smoking in the lobby. The breakfast was also a major disappointment. The food was of poor quality, and the selection was very limited. I was looking forward to having a good breakfast to start my day, but instead, I was left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Finally, to top it all off, my mattress was broken, and it took the hotel staff four days to change it. This was unacceptable, and it made my stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The small rooms, unprofessional staff, smoking in the lobby, awful breakfast, and broken mattress all made for a terrible experience that I would not want anyone else to go through. Save yourself the trouble and look for other options.

I stayed in a 5 star hotel before coming here and I was here for 5 days, I think this hotel is the best for it's price range Amazing staff, very very helpful, always enthusiastic. The service in this hotel is way better than the service in the 5-star hotel. Good breakfast for the price. I had a small issue with my room and they fixed it fast without an issue, whenever there was a problem they would be there to assist us. I would recommend this hotel 100% for anyone coming to visit and wants a good area to stay in. 10/10 recommend and I'll be coming back whenever I'm in Istanbul.

[4-5 days stay] If it wasn't for the low price and location, my rating would be very low... Staff having gatherings until 4am in the lobby, full noise, chattering, gut laughs, the whole thing. And when there wasn't anyone, would be watching a movie full volume and it's as if I was in the lobby... Got to audio rewatch some movies, awesome! I basically didn't sleep 'normally'. Breakfast... If you're not there when it opens, it's cold a half hour later. Guys, that why you use inox boxes, bathed in hot water, to keep it warm... Unforgivable, twice I found a tomato with the brand still glued on it... Shows how clean they must've been, alo? ... That turned me off and didn't come back to breakfast. I also think I had the worst room in the hotel so bad luck... I'd have full puffs of cigarette smoke going in my room from people on the terrace. Not a big deal, that's how it is, but yeah, just check before you leave your window open. The room smelled like a humid cavern, because there's no evacuation for the bathroom. Again it is what it is. FYI, I think in a few years a bit of the roof might fall off. Might wanna get that checked... If it's not to cold outside, open bathroom and window when you shower. On the good sides Staff always there, so early and late checkins aren't a pb. The place is absolutely perfectly situated. The heating works great (Kinda weird with the humidity though). I saw a AC unit so I think it'd work well for hot periods. The water was warm and high pressure... The cleaning during the stay. Not sure what are the standards are but okay. Basically just clean towels. Staff answers quickly Booking texting and such. Overall, this place has great potential... But lacks discipline, organisation and sense of hospitality in my opinion.
