This is an amazing lodge. Perfect views of the river and resident animals including the hippos which often visited. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was neat. Although a little small.. it still great if you traveling during the day as you then only require the room for relaxing and sleeping. The breakfast was amazing with a very wide spread of items. The pool was great, Maybe it just needs some nets for the insects and more lounges to relax, but I had a great time in the pool. An overall amazing experience at the lodge and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful fantastic stay. The staff were just amazing. Food and drinks were a little on the expensive side, but could not fault anything. Wonderful Zambezi river view, and lots of local wildlife very close. We saw Hippo late night grazing right outside our window, and monkeys with Warthog during the day. Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Words cannot adequately convey the blissful experience I had during my stay at this remarkable lodge. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, this idyllic sanctuary provided an unrivaled escape from the outside world. The lodge's stunning location, offering unobstructed views of the river, was a sight to behold. Waking up every morning to the soothing sounds of the flowing waters and the melodious chirping of exotic birds was an unmatched symphony that set the tone for a perfect day. The lodge's architecture seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, creating an inviting and harmonious atmosphere.

Nice location on the river, though requires transportation to Vic Falls National Park and any restaurants so it can feel a bit out of the way. Their complimentary shuttle is helpful, but only runs every couple of hours and ends in the late afternoon. Overall it was a fine but not splendid place to stay for a few days. The room was a bit small and I found it a bit odd that there was an opaque fixed window separating the bathroom and bed instead of a wall - you can't see through it, but the light from the bathroom shines through nonetheless. For a smaller room, that can be a bit inconvenient. One night they did not leave us enough towels, and another night one of the towels had a hole in them. Fortunately, the staff was helpful and accommodating.
