My stay at the Azra Sultan Hotel & Spa in Istanbul was very positive. The hotel's central location, within a 5-10 minute walk of many major sights, made it the perfect base for exploring the city. Upon my arrival, the staff at the Azra Sultan Hotel kindly allowed me to rest in a spare room until my own room was ready, providing me with some much-needed relaxation after a long, international flight. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff continued to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. They helped me find attractions and restaurants and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I always knew I could reach out to them on WhatsApp if I had any questions or needs. Their overall pleasant and can-do attitude made me feel welcome and well cared for. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable stay in Istanbul.

Housekeeping stole $50 from our room. The country is mostly a scam. So expect to be scammed at the hotel as well. Ignore all “recommendations ” they give you as they’re paid to promote really bad restaurants and expensive and bad activities. Recommend to stay somewhere else even though you will probably be scammed the same at all the other hotels too.

Highly Recommend staff are caring and professional and genuinely care about their customers. Wonderful and generous breakfast. Manager is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I have been to many hotels during my travels but I must admit the staff at Azra exceeded my expectations and the room is always cleaned and linen changed daily. Thank you for the amazing experience. A++++++

We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located to everything you want to do in old Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean and spacious. I give it 4 stars because it is in the middle of a busy area and therefore you won’t get much sleep from all the outside noise. Walls are also thin and you can hear the people next door. If you don’t mind the noise and are looking for a convenient and clean hotel then I recommend it. Thank you Azra hotel and staff for your accommodation.
