This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star. The second you walk through the door you’re greeted by a smell of the toilets in the lobby. Rooms don’t get cleaned everyday, bed sheets only get changed during your stay if you ask them to do so. Food was okay very bland most of the time, restaurant staff was the only good part of the trip. They were always friendly and ready to help. We had an issue with the front guest staff, as we were talking to them they were acting extremely unprofessional laughing around with the other staff and recording videos with us in it. When we tried to complain to the manager she was only defending the staff member who has taking videos saying it was the last day before she returned to school and was only having a bit of fun. Complete joke, I have never experienced a worse manager in my life. Instead of guiding her staff to keep their service professional around guests she was only coming up with excuses for them.

-The best part of the hotel was the food and maybe the only thing that deserves 4/5 stars, a lot of variety and tasty food. Non-alcoholic drinks were the cheapest ones. -Room was a bit old and not the cleanest, the same for the bathroom and the whole hotel. (You can notice street dogs walking in the lobby, and a lot of cats walking in the restaurant). Mosquitoes teared us apart, all the time. -Staff was really friendly, welcoming and willing to help all over the hotel. -Beach was poor, a lot of huge rocks, you can cut your feet.

Old, old fashioned and eagerly needed for remodeling. Terrible food, this is the worst part, a shame, Turkish food is really good but this guys make a great effort to ruin it. Front desk staff friendly and try to do their best with the little resources they have. Rooms and bathrooms are not even close to a one star hotel. Not recommended, will never return.

If I could give it I’d give a 0 star!! Worst 5 star hotel I’ve ever been to, NOT WORTH IT, don’t waste your money on this nothing like the pictures, the hotel is old fashioned, let alone that the bathroom is dirty and smells so does the bed sheets, the room is full with spider webs, this hotel is not hygienic at all. Everything is rubbish. And also before getting into the boat trip make sure you get a life insurance 😂 honestly the worst ever holiday I’ve had!

We checked out of the hotel today, so I will share my experience with this place in the past 7 days. Firstly, I would like to shout out Zidan and Emen at the snack bar. They were extremely friendly and helpful, even when people were screaming at them and rudely slamming their drinks on the bar. Zidan seems to be working 24/7, and yet he is always professional and nice. Great guy. As for the no entertainment reviews, I would like to point out that people were straight up rude to the animators, ignoring them and laughing behind their backs when they suggest an activity. Shout out to Ruby and Melly, who are both amazing, extremely fun, always happy and trying very hard to keep people entertained. But when people scream at them for not playing their song request immediately, I have no clue how they don’t lose their patience. Also, shout out to the security guy by the snack bar. He is very nice, funny and professional. Always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant. When you have people that feel the need to abuse the free alcohol aspect of their all-inclusive vacation 24/7 and end up jumping on the tables half naked, screaming at 2am, constantly throwing their trash everywhere and never picking up after themselves (they don’t have to, but common courtesy maybe?) yelling at the staff for any minor inconvenience and acting like animals who have never been outside of their own backyard, you can expect they will leave a bad review for absolutely anything. While I do agree that the hotel has room for improvement, it definitely has potential. However, I could have a great time absolutely anywhere because I choose to do so. These people are trying and working very hard, and were a very pleasant surprise during my visit. Always consider both sides of the reviews you see, and the types of people they may be coming from. I would definitely come to visit again, great location, great food all day long, pleasant staff, nice pool with lots of sun beds and lots to see around the hotel. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation, I would definitely recommend. If you’re looking to complain, you can do that absolutely anywhere. :)
