1- we arrived earlier than the check in and asked if we can go to the room to rest, they declined, after i gave them some extra money they immediately leased our rooms. 2- No air conditioning. In the lobby and most of the hotel. 3- lights and water were cut off. We showered with ice cold water most of the time. 4- low food options. Most of the lunch was served as dinner as well. Maximum of 5 main course meals 5- does not deserve the title “ ultra all inclusive” it barely has All inclusive offers. 6- The garden lights were broken. I do not reccomend it is not worth the money

Let me start by saying I have travelled all over the world! I have always stayed at 5 star hotels. This hotel was not 5 star. They are theifs i had a glitch in the computer instead of 3 people It had put 2 people. Keep in mind I had purchased the presidential suite which is 2200 sqft and they said I have to pay extra $1,150 dollars to include my mother in the room. They charged me. I went to the room there were bugs on the bed. The water was not working and i have a 7 month old baby that needed to have milk. They dont even leave water bottles in your room I have never attended a 5 star hotel that does not give you water to drink. They had no hot water running which was impossible to even wash my daughters hands. They were so rude the receptionist was ignoring me he was horrible needs to be fired! Thankfully expedia saw pictures and refunded my money. However i lost money because they wont refund me the extra $1,150 they charged for one person, and i had to pay $1091 dollars for a one way flight back to istanbul after i had only been in bodrum for 2 hours. I had to wait in the airport for 7 hours with a 6 month old baby! This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever been to. Please do not waste your money I assure you i have travelled alot. I have never experienced something like this! Those bottles i posted are used uncleaned in the room they were not ours! Imagine paying almost $5000 dollars for 4 nights for something like this!

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It used to be a good hotel. The food was nice and the rooms were clean. However, it became the worst hotel in Bodrum. It deserves less than one star. Please don't stay for the following reasons: 1-The air-conditioning was not working in the lobby and restaurants. It was boiling 2- The sofas were old and shabby in the lobby. The furniture was very old and dirty. 3-The sheets were so smelly. We and many guests complained and we were told that the washing and drying machine were not working. 4- The staff were not friendly and the funny thing they sit and eat in the restaurants as we do. Breakfast lunch and dinner and they take priority in the queue for food to be taken inside for them to eat. 5- The food options were limited and the menu was nearly similar every day. Old lunch food was sometimes served for dinner after preheating. The Chef needs to be changed. I found hair in the food, plastic rubber band and dead insects. Unhygienic 6- The check in has been delayed by one hour and half. 7- The staff were handling food with their bare hands. We have asked them to handle it with gloves and they said we don't have gloves. 8- The water was cut during our stay for 20 minutes. No toilet. 9- The electricity was cut for about 10 minutes. 10- Fighting cleaners in the corridor and our room was not cleaned for two days. No soap or toilet paper. We called the reception many times but to no avail. 11- The staff didn't speak English and were so amateurs. The hotel deserves less than one star.

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star. The title “ ultra all inclusive” is not even close to this hotel. It might be half ALL INCLUSIVE. Do not visit for the following reasons: 1- Low on food ( max. 5 dishes ) 2- salads and desserts limitied from 2-5 choices. 3- bedsheets had a weird smell & towels too. 4- weird smell in the elevators 5- lights and water were cut off often. Garden lights were cut off and they could not fix them. 6- low internet connection in the rooms. Outside was connetcing and disconnecting all the time. 7- ice cold water in the rooms, cant shower with normal water. 8- the reception would not answer mostly. I do not reccomend this hotel. Not worth the price. !!!! Share this and spread awareness !!

Beautiful location, scenic hotel, and exquisite room with hot tub. Detox program and facilities were amazing with great staff. However, the hotel staff were awful, rude, and unhelpful. Fell and sprained ankle due to poorly lit grounds. Detox staff were supportive and got medical help Hotel reception staff laughed at me whenever I walked by because they didn't believe the severity of my ankle injury, which prevented me from participating in yoga activities and they made me feel uncomfortable. The night before I left I decided it was ok to drink alcohol as the detox was over. I met a fellow holidaymaker who was on the all-inclusive program who offered to get me and another lady a drink. He got us drinks from the bar, but the barman shouted at us, claiming we had no right to them since we were on the detox program and not all-inclusive demanding we pay right away. The situation made us feel small, and though the man who got us the drinks argued with the barman that he had offered to get them for us the barman just would not let it go and was being so argumentative that I decided to pay for my drink to end the confrontation. Despite the negatives, the relaxing experience and meeting others on the detox program made it worthwhile. Would consider going back for the relaxation aspect, but the hotel staff are horrid.
