Such a messy experience! The hotel has no reception, so you need to send your details in advance (do not book there if you don't want your Credit card details to be sent by emails, knowing all the risks it brings!) Once there you cannot park, the hotel parking needs the key of the room, so you need to park before being able to use the parking ! Fortunately with the traffic at 18:00 it only took 20min to find a parking spot while driving at 0.5km/h in average (we could consider that as being parked actually!) Just to check in and again face the traffic just to enter the garage door. The garage is super narrow, and a real danger for any medium to big car. Once in the room, well the bed was not feeling of great quality and the property of the room was okay but the choice of white colours makes any old stain very visible... bad choice. A magnetic card for a hotel without reception is a recipe for catastrophe, I already imagine the day the card gets demagnetised while I try to come back at midnight... WiFi didn't work, or at least the code was no where to be found, not on the check-in papers, nor in the room. I could have asked the reception but ... no reception. I didn't dare to use the kitchen as it is just full of "warning you will be charged 150€ if you touch anything" Checking out was the same hell. Nobody at reception, so letting your car at the garage is way too complicated (you need the room key to access the building garage!) Next business trip in Brussels, I will go somewhere else 😬

I was a nightmare I did pay for a hole in the kitchen wall the one I never did just because I did not do inventory with them when I arrived. It cost me 500 euro. Be careful when you go there with your credit card

We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was much larger than expected, and included a large bed, desk, fridge and more. It was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. We felt it was well worth the money and would be happy to stay here again. On arrival we were given a door code to collect our room key, but there was a member of staff there to greet us anyway. The location was very central and once we found our way around, we were about a 10/15 minute walk to the central square which offered plenty of restaurants etc.

I stayed with my family for 5 days, I was with my little one and is was very distrubing because they couldn’t make an exception regarding the check in hour. The place is nice but was a lot of dust under the bed and everywhere. When you moved the door you could see the dust. The floor was grows, they were cleaning 2 room in 10 min. It is not possible. I will never stay there again. And for sure I do not recommend for family with children.

Convenient location for purpose of my trip. Rooms are large. However, the access code email did not make clear the need to press the "door logo" button before and after the access code. Calling the NightManager line for help, I repeatedly got a long recorded message in a foreign language (Flemish?), the only part of which I recognised was 'mailbox full'. I finally figured out how to get in and subsequently got a friendly call from the night manager, but it was no use by then. I paid in advance for the suggested buffet breakfast at the cafe next door, hoping that the 14 Euro charge would get me choice, including something hot, and a decent coffee. Instead there was a tray of cold stuff in the fridge in the room. The room was generally very worn, with the shower taking an age to warm up and part of the handle falling off in ones hand. Generally clean except for stickiness on the light switches. Stained carpet in the corridor.
