Overall a good hotel near the beach. Slides are the main attraction. Kids loved the pool with slides. One pool is with Slides and the other one is for relaxing.. However, It's not a place if you want an open wide resort with trees and gardens etc. But it's an average hotel with good rooms. Food is good. The pool n bar is available till 730 PM. Overall a decent Hotel.

Very nice hotel! The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. I honestly don’t have any complaints about the hotel. Amazing location; you can walk to the beach. Prior to booking, I read reviews of some people complaining about the sewage smell but for me, it wasn’t something I could notice. One thing that people should keep in mind though is that they play live music in the evening at the restaurant until 11:30 PM. For me, I didn’t mind, but if you plan on going to bed early, then this could be bothersome. (This also could be just my room because my room was right next to the restaurant). I liked the vibe, loved the music, everything was awesome.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in the Garden View Room. The hotel is huge with 300+ rooms. They have a nice and huge pool with rooms even opening directly into the pool (they were a bit expensive for our pocket though). We were happy with our room choice since it was towards the front of the hotel and had quicker access to the beach. (You could hear music till late though but we didn't mind) The location of the hotel is amazing. The beach is across the street. Bangla Street is walking distance. There are a number of eateries along the beach/street outside. The restaurant has good food choices and service with live music in the evening. Would definitely recommend this for the location and pool

Overall is excellent. Location is perfect for Patong area and near attractions, rooms are big but beds are not that comfy, pool is amazing, restaurant for breakfast and dinner is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a good tourism agency disk next to reception in which you can book any activity in Phuket. There is a spa inside the hotel which is amazing and feels luxurious, very excellent therapists and amazing vibes. I’d choose this hotel next time for sure!

It’s a bad place to be during any holiday. Hygiene is a big issue. The bathrooms have stains giving a feeling of not cleaned. Then a staff broke a drinking glass during their make up my room. Took a photo of it and placed it on our door and the hotel tried to charge us 100 Baht for this. They were quite rude and insisted that their staff is correct. Standing at the reception and arguing and being blamed in public made us feel very embarrassing. We actually started taking the room photos before leaving the room everyday. Over all not a good experience.
