Good location, reasonable price. Rooms abit old but nice ocean view. However they use strong chemical to clean the hotel, makes them smell horribly.

It's could be ok. Lots of things to improve: Bad things: 1 Wifi. Consider that this hotel has no wifi. 2 Power outlets near bed? No, we are in Thai prefer sleep than watch Netflix. Good: 1 Bed is compfy. 2 Lots of space in room 3 Teapot and fridge 4 Complementary drinking water 5 Good air conditioner

the room with sea view and balcony was good, the fridge was a joke, the bathroom was decent, the cleanliness was fair, breakfast was just boiled eggs, boiled bacon and a couple of soups. One morning I asked if it was possible to have some scumbke eggs, and I they replied "only boiled". But the worst thing is the reception staff. Halfway through my stay I have been robbed in a shopping centre, my wallet was stolen from my handbag where was my Australian driving licence, money, my travel money card and room key. I went to the police for a report and I asked to please inform the hotel of the theft and consequently also their key. When I got back, tired and frustrated because I didn't know how to recover more money since everyone in Pattaya wants cash, I asked the hotel staff if I could have another key to enter, and after giving them the copy of the police report they asked me 500 Bath for the key to enter my room, I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't, so I got angry and asked them how I could pay 500 bath if I had just been robbed with a report in hand . I got angry, I had my passports in the room and my belongings, in the end they gave me the key after I said I would call the police. The receptionist treated me very badly, I went to my room and packed my suitcase, I no longer felt comfortable, so I checked out and they pointed out to me that on the key it said that in case of lost or damage I would have to pay 500 bath. For me the words are important, lost, and damage on my part I would have paid, but there is no writing in case of theft and complete with a report and call from the police. I clearly said I would not pay and I left. These people in this hotel don't give a damn about the customers, they don't have the slightest bit of compassion. I pointed out to them that the hotel was empty, and to wonder why.? only saw 2 other customers all week, and the reviews are not true, it's not an 8.3 hotel as they claim. don't go to this hotel, they are arrogant, nasty and rude. If you're In serious difficult they don't help you at all, just money money money and kick you off

Wifi speed is insane! 120-180 mbps download speed in my room! I’ve been hotel hopping and this is like my 6th hotel here and this is the fastest I’ve come across! Many hotels have speeds not even half this!! I like this hotel a lot. Free breakfast is a win. Lovely sea view at the entrance. AC is cold. A lot of little aesthetic touches makes me feel like I’m in a bedroom which makes it cozier and easier to fall asleep. This hotel is trying to put some style into your stay which is refreshing. The balcony is cozy. Bed is a comfy king medium firm innerspring. Room is big. Location is great. Bathroom coloring is an ugly yellow not going to lie here hahahahah. You need to press a little bit on the toilet handle to flush it but this wouldn’t stop me from staying.
