We stayed in this hotel and found very comfortable, clean and according to what we expected. The breakfast was good, staff were very helpful, location wise it is near the market, the only thing we missed is the swimming pool. I highly recommend others to stay in this hotel when you travel to Hanoi, Vietnam.

The rooms are quite good and the half shower is also a good addition. Not too many complaints with the room apart from the fact that it is a bit small and there is no noise insulation. (This wouldn't have been a problem otherwise but they have mentioned noise insulation as an amenity) Breakfast is decent. Location is good.

This is a budget 3* hotel in the $30-$50 range. It's nothing like those in the next street Nguyen Truong To. It's quite retro to put it nicely. I have no idea why other reviews raved about the breakfast?!? There's practically nothing worth waking up for. There are far better breakfast in the neighborhood. But whatever it lacks, the staff more than make up for it. The girls at the dinning area are so obliging. Ms Daisy the manager is the best! Always with a smile, she brings you cheers in the morning!! Totally appreciate her kindness and cheer!
