WARNING: FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES here all travelers be warned! who else has had negative experiences here? This is the worst hotel of my life (and I work in the hotel industry) This is not a four star hotel, it is a one star hotel attempting to lock in your c information to charge you aggressivel and not refund if the rooms are dirty In a letter from the hotel , the hotel stated to me "Our guesthouse doesn't even qualify to be a one star hotel. Our property category is actually the lowest rated type of property in Libson, simliar to a motel. In this way, the cleanliness of the rooms isn't expected to match the standard of a 3-star hotel or higher" Therefore, the hotel stated they don't think they have to have very clean rooms as they dont even qualify for a one star hotel. Mold in room and will not give you a refund advised by desk agent. Be wary of your personal financial information and sharing it with them. They will immediately charge your card upon booking, say they offer no refunds, they provide you with a moldy room, or in other travellers' cases, rooms with water leaks and do nothing, then state that the room is non refundable. Many other travellers have had the same experience so highly recommend you do not fall for their tactics. I would recommend you check ou their trip advisor reviews many other guests have had similar experiences, which is why its only rated 3.5 stars on Trip Adivsor. They will charge 50% upon booking, and no matter what, COVID, room damage, dirty rooms, water leaks, or mold in room, refuse you a refund. Many other travellers had had negative experiences. Be wary, this is a hotel company that does not really want to provide service, just rack up charges on your card in pretending to offer sanitary and clean accommodation, again I see that many other travellers have had similar experiences Furthermore, they use misleading photos and descriptions in their marketing materials. The rooms come with only a bed and one side table, nothing else. No toiletries, anything else that is common in a hotel room, this is a low end motel attempting to charge travellers a higher rate. I see from other reviews they will aggressively attempt to use tactics so that you don’t receive a resolution, refund when refunds are due, and in general, try through tricks (no contact number, desk agent don't agree to anything) to not resolve the problem. Here is my experience I hope no other traveller has to go through this On day of check in - i offered to pay for one night, then leave in the morning 1) Desk agent at 630 i alerted of mold problem, told me to email the manager, i coudln't call them 2) Email sent at 613 stating that becuase of the mold, i could either leave immediately, or pay for one night, and leave in the morning 3) Reached out again after 3 hours at 920, no response, to the email after the front desk agent "promised me a response" 4) Spoke to the desk agent at 1030 as well who said "he was sorry about the mold in the room and understood why i had to leave, sorry that the management didnt get back to me" 5) I sent multiple emails requesting for a resolution, nothing 6) On my way out the desk agent said he understood why i was leaving, sorry i had to go, i offered the management to stay and pay for one note, then find alternate accommodation

The service was excellent and it's in a great location, the rooms were clean and the A/C worked perfectly. They even held our bags for us on our checkout day until 7pm so we wouldn't have to carry them around all day. Would definitely recommend to any freinds or family visiting Lisbon
