Can't call it a hotel, its more of an INN setup. The place is totally 3 floors without any LIFT!. Don't be fooled by the pictures on Google, some of the amazing pictures are from a nearby street. The location of the inn is great as it gives access to a number of different locations with ease of transportation. They don't have a restaurant as such, just a small area where they serve breakfast. No amenities what so ever of hotel. The rooms are a bit old with a lot of loose/broken things here and there. If you are just looking for a place to crash in for the night, then this ought to do. Denifinetly NOT a 4 star hotel.

Let's be honest - it's a budget option. The hotel is seriously dated and in the need of an upgrade. Saying that, they guys on the reception couldn't do enough for me. I don't think I've ever experienced such a warm welcome in any other country. I had a few issues on arrival and they were sorted straight away while I was out for a couple of hours. It seems to be in an apartment block, so expect the noise from upstairs. I didn't try breakfast - just my preference. Location wise - it's right at the centre, everything is on your doorstep, literally everything. If you are after a bed and a shower whilst enjoying the city for the most of the day - it is ideal. I would definitely stay again!

As a regular guest I always had nothing but good experience. Extremely friendly and hearty staff. The rooms are clean and quite. The hotel is close to everything – especially the seaside, but far enough from the noise of the turistic streets. Best choice for lonesome business trips! Highly recommended.

This is a three star hotel. One extra star was given only due to extra friendliness and cooperation of the staff members. Readily responded to each and every need. I stayed in their suite room, for 8 nights which was quite spacious 50 square metres. It was an excellent experience actually better than some hotels on Nizami street in the same range. Reason being the locality. It’s not congested and the main boulevards are right nearby. You can easily take a 2 minute walk to the seaside. The fact that it’s behind their House of Parliament gives an extremely beautiful vibe whenever you come out of the hotel giving some splendid views (Pano attached). It’s so centrally located that you always get a taxi Uber bolt within a minute. Plus you get away really quickly compared to Nizami street and the area surrounding it because it’s usually jammed with traffic most part of the day. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right behind the hotel so there’s that and big plus point. Definitely going to stay there again on my next trip to Baku
